Only tenants whose requirements fit. Fee terms are agreed in writing before any introduction.
Questions owners ask
Does it cost anything to list a factory?
No. Listing is free. A fee is due only when a tenant we introduced signs a lease, on terms agreed with you in writing before any introduction.
Will my factory be shown publicly?
Only if you agree. By default we share it privately with tenants whose requirements fit.
What information do you need?
Location, area, clear height, power in kVA, crane, fire safety approval status, asking rent, earliest handover date and a few photos.
