What we collect
When you send requirements we receive your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, the requirements you enter and any files you upload. When an owner lists a factory we receive contact details, factory details and photos. We use Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions.
How we share tenant requirements
We share the specs you need (area, location, power, crane, timing) with owners of factories that may fit. Your company name and contact details go only to owners of factories on your shortlist, and only after you agree to a visit or a call.
How we share owner listings
Factory details are shared privately with tenants whose requirements fit. We publish a factory on this site only with the owner's written agreement.
How long we keep data
We keep requirements and listings for 24 months so we can follow up on later searches. After that we delete them, unless a lease is in progress.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act on it within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages help visitors. They set cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
